The location

Not worth for the amount of money payed

The motel is very run down and needs some urgent attention

Everything is there for a family of 4.

The back corridor is continuous and hence does not provide privacy.

Very low key and ideal for a young family looking to keep to a budget. The swimming pool and spa access was also a great bonus.

Unfortunately it was coming up to a very busy weekend in Rotorua so the staff were a little stressed - which meant didn't give off as good a vibe as they probably normally do. But still were helpful when asked.

proximity to the Redwoods,golf course,beds comfortable.

swimming pool unheated,no recycling facilities,units a bit old and in need of update.Would stay here again, if our normal accom. was booked out.

Too close to a BP petrol station (=noisy) In need of a good refurbishment, especially bathroom that features the 80-s style epoxy laminate boards - I have not seen these in ages (however if you are after a vintage look - then thumbs up) The building itself has no character whatsoever. All in all - the place would be absolutely fine if daily rates are somewhat lower.

Very handy to town and other amenities.

Price, clean room

Layout of lounge, couldnt figure out television remote (haha), don't think room was topped up after clean eg one soap, no tea, coffee or sugar. All bearable because we were only there for a night.

It was nice to relax in a calming place even though the CBD was just down the road it was still very comfortable and quiet

Very comfortable bed - and shower was excellent!

I was surprised that there was no electric blanket in Winter. My first night was really cold so got into bed with my clothes on!! Disappointing.

We liked that it was close to everything and the spa was good to relax before we settled in for the night. Would recommend to someone that didn't need anything too fancy or expensive.

The only complaint would be that there was nobody around when we went to check out, the office was still locked at 8.30am when on the door said opened at 7.30am.

Everything went just as we hoped it would,asked a few questions which were answered very politely and helpfully enjoyed our two nights

Certainly found nothing to complain about. Spoke to other quests and they were also pleasent and seemed quite happy with their positions in the hotel

you get what you pay. If earplugs are already available in the room then you can guess how noisy it will become. Gas station just behind the hotel and gasoline-trucks unloading during the night.

Place was close to everything and was a really good place to stay. Enjoyed it.

The owners were awesome just great service!!!! The room had everything we needed!!! Reccommend to others!!!
